HOW to Deal with anger ?


Everyone gets angry on occasion.If you are experiencing overwhelming rage,though,it could be damaging your mental and physical health as well as your relationships with others ,i can say this thing because it is my personal experience ,in anger what i say i also don't even know and that affects my relationship with people around me .
Uncontrolled anger can be indicative of underlying problems ,such as anger management issues of mental disorder . It's important to control  your emotions and calm yourself down for your own sake as well as sake of those around you.

Now,
Lets focus on ways how can we control our anger...
Anger is certainly a physcological emotion but it is also a little bit physiological involving a chemical reaction in your brain.
We should be inventory towards our emotions that is anger often masks other emotion many times anger is secondary emotion to hurt,sadness ,grief, depression ,or fear.
Anger emerges as almost emerges as almost defence mechanism because it is easier for many people to deal with the other emotions.
Think about whether you allow yourself to feel a wide range of emotions or if you may be suppressing emotions that you think you shouldn't feel.
If you commonly substitute anger for other emotions that you find more difficult to deal with, consider seeing a therapist to learn to handle and accept those emotions.
Another thing is observe why are you being angry or out of control :- while anger can be healthy ,it can also be unhealthy. You may need  to deal with an anger problem though self help or professional help if the following are true facts..,
1.Isufficient occurrences make you very angry,such that you are doing some work and you suddenly dropped an object it can also make you hot.
2. When you are angry ,you display aggressive behaviour, including yelling, screaming or heating.

When you have a addiction and when you are under influence of drug or alcohol,your temper gets worse and your behaviour more violent.

We can control our anger in following ways...
Engaging ourselves in some physical activity
As playing doing some gym or some physical exercise.
Get enough sleep at night :- sleep atleast 7-8hrs daily. Being sleep deprived can contribute to a wide range of health problems,
Including the inability to manage emotions properly. Getting adequate sleep can improve your mood and lessens your anger.
For stop being less angry try spending some fair amount of time in being happy and laughy.
Take a break as soon as you recognise you are angry you can take a break from whatever you arr doing getiing away from whatever is upsetting you will make it infinitely easier to calm down.
Remember you don,t have to respond to the situation immediately !
And options for controlling your anger somehow is
Breath deeply !
Visualization of a happy place.
Practice a positive self talk.
Ask for support of someone you trust.
And one last option is try to see humour in thing that made you angry or upsetting you..
