How to start talk with any person?

We all  fear  the awkward silence when we're expected to make small talk with a stranger. Perhaps it's at a business dinner, and you're sitting next to a new colleague. The reason anyone gets depressed always comes down to the CONSISTENT thoughts we think, and the CONSISTENT beliefs we hold. In school we are taught how to get a job, but no one teaches us how to live in a state of happiness. No one teaches us how import
